Well first thanks for the thorough answer, strangely enough the samsung pass pop-up didn't show when I was using edge (It might be since the websites I frequently use are already saved there). The only way I managed something similar was exporting my Chrome Bookmarks to a file then add that file to a folder on the phone and then you must open your File manager (My Files) look for the file and click it, it will open in the browser, once there you save it as a Bookmark.
